1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zaskify ("the Service"), operated by ZASK (Zask.it), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zaskify is an AI-powered website creation platform that provides website building, domain registration, managed hosting, SSL certificates, and professional email services.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or Stripe portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
• AI credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period.

5. AI Credits

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits used for website creation and editing. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Additional credits can be purchased separately. Credit usage is non-refundable.

6. Domain Registration

• Domain registration is subject to availability and registrar terms.
• Domain fees are non-refundable once registration is completed.
• You are responsible for renewing your domain before expiry.
• We are not liable for domain name disputes or trademark conflicts.

7. Content & Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you provide (text, images, logos).
• AI-generated website designs and code are licensed to you for use on Zaskify.
• You must not use the Service to create websites with illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• We reserve the right to suspend websites that violate these terms.

8. Hosting & Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaskify and ZASK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
